Plant-Based Cooking Class: High Protein Meals


Come learn with Woke Foods how to do effective meal prep plant-based dishes for the week at home as well as how to include important macro and micro nutrients in your plant based diet! A Woke Foods chef and a nutritionist will guide you through recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and/or snacks focused on flavors from the Spanish-speaking Caribbean islands, including:

– Caribbean Power Bowl

– Kale & Sweet Plantain Salad

– Papaya Protein Smoothie

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to class as we start right on time.

Special Note: The class is located in the greenhouse and classroom at Denny Farrell Riverbank State Park. You may register online or in person.
